2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment in a course on the Site is subject to availability, and Impact Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course at any time for any reason. Payment for a course must be made in full before the course begins. Once payment has been made, refunds will only be given in accordance with our refund policy, which is set forth below.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of any third party. You may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site. Refund will only be made if the course is cancelled by Impact Academy.
